Account verification ("KYC") may be required before withdrawals are processed. dbx77 may request a government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended.
All monetary transactions on the dbx77 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at dbx77's discretion without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction. dbx77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically feasible. dbx77 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya, and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, subject to verification status and applicable limits. These timeframes are indicative and not contractually guaranteed.
dbx77 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review in accordance with applicable Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended.
dbx77 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements ("playthrough" or "rollover") disclosed at the time of the promotion. Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional terms, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
All bets placed on dbx77 are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of each bet before confirmation. dbx77 will not be liable for bets placed in error. In the event of a technical failure that affects bet placement or settlement, dbx77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stake to the Player's account.
For live casino games, the rules of each game are governed by the applicable game provider and are displayed within the game interface. For sports betting, settlement is based on official match results from recognized governing bodies. For online sabong, fight results are declared by the officiating authority of the licensed arena from which the fight is sourced.
Maximum bet limits apply to all game types and are displayed within each game or betting market. dbx77 reserves the right to limit individual Player bet sizes at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dbx77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your dbx77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose. dbx77 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if dbx77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dbx77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Continued use of the dbx77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dbx77 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to dbx77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute regarding a specific transaction or wager, you must submit a written complaint to dbx77's customer support team within thirty (30) days of the relevant transaction. dbx77 will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days. Disputes not raised within this period are deemed waived.
